FARM FRESH BUNTING

Here's a sneak peek of some banners we created for an event we have this week.  The theme is "Rustic Southern Indiana Charm"

These will be displayed on the various food stations.
This milk bunting will go on the smoothie and milkshake station

The Farm Fresh bunting will decorate the fruit & vegetable display
The Flour & Sugar Sack Bunting will be displayed on the fried biscuits & apple butter station

I added vintage measuring spoons to the flour and sugar bunting as a little decorative detail

WIMBLEDON WHITES

Tennis anyone?  This sweet Bar Mitzvah boy knew early on that his party was going to be all about
tennis.  He just so happens to be an amazing tennis player, so this was right up his alley.  Above
is the logo that we created and placed on the dance floor.

Placecards were tennis balls with guests names and table numbers.

The setting was the beautiful Indianapolis Museum of Art, specifically the Pulliam Great Hall.  It's an amazing space.  Bright, white and modern.  We dressed the tables in white spandex and lit them with color changing LED lighting
For the centerpieces we had HUGE..I mean huge tennis balls (4' around)
perched atop silver stands with Jaren't logo at the base.

We put the logo on the giant tennis balls as well as the table numbers.
Check out this hand painted permanent wall art backdrop for the DJ and dancing.  It looked amazing with the colored tables.  If you look closely you will see that all the guests wore their Wimbledon Whites for the party.  It was great because the guests then became a cool part of the overall look.
Here's a shot of one of the bars that evening.
Thank you Sue Huffer, with Sue Huffer Photography for all of the beautiful photos.

Madi's Rockin' Rodeo

We are kickin' off summer western style with this Rockin' Rodeo party.
The color scheme was a vibrant orange, hot pink and brown.  The party was held at the event barn on the Trader's Point Creamery property...a real working organic farm that produces amazing cheeses, yogurt, beef and ice cream.  Check out their website here
Guest placecards were award ribbons (a nod to the bat mitzvah girl's horse riding ribbons) hung on a wooden door frame with chickenwire screen.
The center of the ribbon had the party logo that we created

Adult cocktails and hors oeuvre's were served in an axillary tent with faux hide table toppers and oversized Ball jars with a candle and chopped twig filler.

One side of the barn was designated for the teens. They were seated at rectangular banquet tables with hay bales as seats.  We topped with with soft blankets for comfort.  The tables were dressed in hot pink and orange cloths and a dark brown burlap. Centerpieces were chunky slices of fresh cut wood, ball jars filled with color coordinating candy and cowgirl boots and saddles.
The Chuck Wagon table held the munchies for the kids
The adult side of the tent had a Saloon bar and Cantina food station
The adult tables were 5' rounds topped with a lighter burlap cloth, pink and orange bandannas and a rustic lantern centerpiece with big orange sunflowers and tin cans full of zinnias.
We also hung bandanna bunting to bring color to the ceiling of the barn.  We also hung these ball jar chandeliers from the wooden beams.

The DJ table had a backdrop of pink and brown cowgirl hats and Madi's Rockin' Rodeo Logo Sign.  Giddy Up!!
